Manages Smiths Medical Corporate Accounts relationship with geographic specific Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN’s). The ultimate responsibility is to increase profitably by developing a portfolio sales approach. Must be able to articulate cost in relation to clinical outcome. Will have direct strategic control of IDN sales. Must be able to orchestrate and facilitate Smiths resources. The goal is to develop a significant value proposition for individual Smiths corporate accounts.


Planning & Execution
• Manage IDN material relationship.
• Manage assigned list of IDN’s, work with Key Account Manager and Account Managers to develop strategic plan.
• Lead on all strategic and tactical decisions for assigned IDN’s
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Ability to work on extremely complex problems.
• Demonstrated computer ability: proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit required.
• Previous regional management experience preferred.
• Previous experience with portfolio selling required.
• 70% Travel.
THIS IS A FIELD BASED POSITION


• BA or BS in Business and/or/education/experience equivalence.
• Eight years experience in the healthcare industry.



• Project management and budget analysis skills preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and fulfill tasks as necessary. Experience with projects, business analysis and budgets is important.
