• Four year degree in marketing or other business. Masters degree strongly preferred.
• Seven years product management and/or sales experience in the health care industry and at least three years experience managing projects and budgets.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Ability to work on and is seen as the go-to individual for resolving extremely complex product solutions with customers, partners and cross-functional peers.
• Has comprehensive knowledge of Smiths Medical products and service offerings.
• Relates Smiths Medical product lines to customer needs and business strategy.
• Is up to date on the latest market developments as it pertains to the current/future impact on Smiths Medical product lines.
