An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Global Business Unit for Pneupac Ventilation and drive the business in USA and Canada
The person chosen would be responsible for maximising the potential for sales of the Pneupac product portfolio in the N.American market.This would be achieved by supporting distributors ,and the Smiths Medical marketing and sales teams.
Pneupac will be launching a dynamic new product in N.America this year and a vital part of the role would be to co ordinate all aspects of the launch to ensure that maximum sales are obtained for the new product in the shortest time frame.

The Business Manager shall be capable of operating in multi-cultural environments and possess the ability to direct and support cross-functional teams in order to achieve objectives.
The individual will need strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills.
A good knowledge of US/Canadian marketplace – distributors/GPO’s/Military/Hospital/Emergency Services is essential plus being able
to deal with customer problems with tact, diplomacy and persuasion

This is a unique and challenging role within Smiths Medical and a new post in the Pneupac franchise offering not only customer/end user contact but the opportunity to work with a vast range of SM internal departments to ensure the success of the Ventilation portfolio.
The post is US based and will report to the Global Business Manager for Ventilation located in the UK
|
The candidate should have a college degree and proven successful experience in medical sales, sales management, distributor management, marketing and business development.
